How do I change my email address?
In order to change your email address you must be logged in. Click on the menu on the top right and click on “profile”. Then click on “change email address” and fill in your new email address. Then confirm with your password.
I forgot my password or how do I change my password.
No problem. Click on “login” on top of the screen and select “forgot password”. Fill in your email address in the requested field and you will receive an email with a link to generate a new password. If you don’t receive the mail you’ve either entered the wrong email address or check your spambox. Or try again.
Content is loading slowly or is buffering often.
This is probably caused by a slow or instable internet connection. Try to use a different internet connection. If this doesn’t help you can try to restart your device. When you are at home you can try to restart your router.
I get a blue screen when trying to access the channel on my TV browser.
Fly Fisherman’s Channel is not compatible with TV browsers. We advise to use Chromecast or Apple Airplay to stream to your TV.
